Kirsten is always seeking opportunities to learn more from and about people, our lifestyle, and both internal and external influences. She is a professional working in the mental health care, including different settings: addiction care, eating disorders and at the University of Leiden. As an entrepeneur she has helped a ton of people on their path to a fulfilling life. Improving people's quality of life by using natural elements such as physical movement and the sea.
